INTRODUCTION:
The ZMZ-002582 is a determining system to the basis on the “FIELDBUS” topology (standardized as the IEC_61158) and comprises the “PROFINET” protocol to communicate to the integrated internal network of the system itself and other parts of an enhanced network, consisting of the control and monitoring systems (For instance the PMS ZMZ-002581 and the RCS/SSU ZMZ-002577/002579).

         

 

The offered system comprising the imperative requirements of our reputable clients and observations related to each particular design of a maritime vessels (Motor/Vessel, Motor/Tanker, Jack up Barge, DP Vessel etc.); to renovate and retrofit any obsolete Alarm Monitoring system and upgrade them to a technologically advanced establishment.
The proposed system includes one or several Human Machine Interface (HMI) for monitoring and interfacing to the operators, which are in the hierarchy located in the medium layer and interconnecting to the related PLC(s) in the embedded single cabinet, known as the “Sub-Station”.
Several PLC(s) as the medium layer in the hierarchy, located in the several “Sub-Stations” to acquire necessary data from several points of the processes and machineries in the maritime activity and thanks to the “Filed-Bus” technology, to actuate and activate the outputs of the system.
The complete network, consisting of serval Sub-Stations, also communicating each other and performing necessary data exchange to the higher layer in the hierarchy, the Main station PLC(s) via the “PROFINET” network protocol.
Components located at the bottom layer (as the hierarchy scheme) of the Fieldbus control network are under control and influence of the ZMZ-002582, including sensors and actuators. Designated alarms and safeties, assigned to several points of machineries and processes are parametrized to enhance the abilities of the operators to have overall monitoring through the maritime vessel.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE:
The ZMZ-002582 has measured extreme levels of flexibility to become fully compatible to any types of maritime vessels and comprising several architectures, comprehending the quality and cost-effectiveness as per client’s requirements and maritime activities.
The system can be consisted of the central PLC(s), composing the main AMS station (as the higher layer in the hierarchy) and several Sub-Stations, exchanging data to the main station (as the medium layer), through the PROFINET.
Several local HMI(s) and main HMI might be installed (as per client’s demands and orders), located on the monitoring stations and machine interfaces to the operators.
Separate and embedded panels can be located in the several monitoring stations like BRIDGE, ECR, etc. compatible to any type of maritime vessels and activities.
One of the major privileges of the ZMZ-002582 is the ability to enhance and develop over a monitoring network, comprising a compact and embedded design up to a widely deployed and performing a distributed control and monitoring network.

REDUNDANCY:
To ensure the redundancy to the ZMZ-002582 as per client’s request, two independent sets of CPU(s) can be measured and the network topology may comprise two independent CANBUS.
Same redundancy is expandable to the Sub-Stations, has been equipped with twin CPU(s) working in parallel and communication will be achieved through the separate CANBUS(s).

SEA TRIAL:
Multiple versions of the “ZMZ-002582” incorporated intelligent design, comprising the upgraded and space age versions have successfully been released and final sea-trials achieved.
Wide range safeties included marine strategies, technically advanced solutions, including ingenuity, have been prognosticated in our design, installed and commissioned, for several types of maritime vessels, engaging in a wide range of maritime activities.
